Help Us Lay Anthony to Rest

Hello, my name is Maria and I am Anthony Reyes' tia and I am writing this on behalf of my brother and sister in law, Paul & Angel and Anthony's mom Berna. About 4 weeks ago, Anthony was in severe pain and struggling to breathe and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. He is fighting several things including pneumonia and Valley Fever. He was recently placed on a ventilator and then had to be airlifted to another hospital in Tucson so that he can be placed on an ECMO machine because his oxygen levels were too low even with a ventilator. Before the ECMO, his chances of survival were 20-30%, and with it, they are 40-50%.

After being placed on ECMO, his oxygen levels came back but now his body needs time to fight. Doctors say it's a waiting game from here forward.

We are not sure how long he will be fighting and we are looking for any help at all. The funds will be used for hotel expenses for his parents to be able to be in Tucson with him so he doesn't go through this alone.
