Support Anthony and Valentina's Medical Journey

A Hello, my name is Vanessa. I am writing this to request financial assistance for my brother, Anthony Williams, and his family. His wife, Valentina, is a Type II Diabetic. They are currently facing unforeseen circumstances such as unsettled surgical bills, out-of-pocket co-payments, gas for transportation to attend dialysis treatments 3x a week, as well as scheduled appointments. These are just a few of the treatments Val is seeking to manage her condition. During these times, Val is not able to work full-time and is unable to financially contribute within the household. In the coming month, Val has to undergo a fistula dialysis surgery. She is in need of a kidney transplant but has yet to be added to the list.

Since my brother Anthony is the only actively employed parent, it has been incredibly challenging to manage both his full-time work responsibilities and the demands of caring for his wife, Val. For the past few months, Anthony has yet to maintain a full paycheck due to attending to his wife’s condition. He has exhausted his PTO and he’s trying to provide some financial stability within the household. He also has to attend to their son’s needs too. All of this has taken a mental, emotional, and physical toll on him and his wife. Just trying to get from one day to the next and worrying about how to keep a roof over their heads. The money raised is to help cover the cost of medical expenses and to help the family out in their financial situation.

I understand that their situation may be difficult to comprehend. I am simply sharing their current struggles in the hope that you will understand the challenges they face as hard-working parents.
