Support Anthony & His Family

Three weeks ago, on June 25th, my 49 year old brother Anthony went to the doctor to have a pain in his abdomen checked. He had been experiencing some discomfort. The next day the pain was unbearable and he went to the ER. After doing a CAT scan, the doctors told him he had stage 4 gall bladder cancer and that the cancer had spread to his spleen and liver. The diagnosis was a complete shock, the prognosis even more so. Doctors told him he will have months to live without treatment, possibly months to years with chemotherapy treatment. The chemotherapy will be very harsh because of the advanced progression of his cancer.
Anthony’s family is dependent on his income. This presents an especially difficult challenge as the sole proprietor of a small business. In addition, a year and a half ago, his 24 year old son Zach was in an accident that left him paralyzed.
We are asking for your prayers and for financial support, as Anthony has already had to reduce his workload significantly and will have to even more so in the weeks and months to come.
As you can imagine, it is very hard to wrap our heads around this. The emotional and financial burden is daunting. We appreciate the outpouring of love and support. Thank you.
