Support Ann's Stroke Recovery Journey

For four years, Ann (Thoeuth Phan), a Cambodian refugee and survivor of the Pol Pot era, was a devoted caregiver to my husband and our father. Despite battling Lupus, Ann always showed incredible strength and compassion. She was on track for nursing school and had a passion for cooking, blessing us with her creativity in the kitchen.

Tragically, in November 2025, Ann suffered an intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke. While initial treatment controlled the bleeding, she now faces a long and challenging rehabilitation. Ann struggles to speak, her right side is impaired, and she is currently confined to a wheelchair. The journey ahead will require extensive speech, occupational, and physical therapies, as well as support for her daily living expenses.

Ann gave so much to our family and community. Now, she needs our help more than ever. Any support you can offer will go directly toward her care and recovery, helping her regain her independence and quality of life. We are deeply grateful for your kindness and generosity.
