Hi Everyone - My name is Katinka Kramer - I am reaching out to you all as one of Annie DeBijl's best friends. As many of you know the fires of LA have been devastating. My best friend for 62 years since the age of nine, Annie King DeBijl, has lost everything. She moved to Altadena with her husband of 44 years, who just passed, two years ago. She grew up in Orange City and went to DeLand High School and graduated with the class of 1970. Even though many have offered to help her with housing, we are unable to help in that way because we live in different states. She is currently hopping from hotel to hotel finding a place to rest each night. Unfortunately, these hotels have significantly raised their prices making it even more difficult for Annie. A crime. I’m asking for your help, I’ve set up a go-fund-me page for her. Every dollar helps. Annie plans to use these donations for living accommodations, food, clothing, toiletries, basic needs for her two dogs, and fuel for her car.
