My name is Edna, my younger sister Annie and her husband Ransom were expecting a baby. He came into this world over 2 months earlier than his expected due date. His delivery was a very traumatic experience, immediately after he was born he was flown into Colorado because Laramie does not have a NICU. I drove my sister to Colorado right after the baby left. She was anxious to be next to her baby when she should still be in a hospital bed. Little Waylon arrived in Colorado blue from lack of oxygen because his lungs were not breathing right. The day after, he was diagnosed with other complications. Annie and Ransom are displaced in Colorado. Away from their 4 year old. They still have rent and bills to pay in Wyoming while acruing other expenses to be present with their baby in Colorado. It is going to be a long road to recovery.
