Hello, my name is Annemarie. My brother and I have been living in this home since 2014. Yesterday a notice of sale for this home came in the mail. It belonged to our deceased mother who passed away in June 2014. All this time we believed the home had no mortgage. There has never been any bill or notices. We need help raising money for lawyers to save our home. An illegal act has been committed by the bank who are trying to sue a deceased woman who can no longer defend herself. We will be in the street without a roof over our head not to mention all the rescues. I humble myself to ask for help if anyone can. Several lawyers who looked into this said we have a good case because the bank has committed fraud on several accounts.
