On Friday, September 20th, Joey and Taliah took their little girl to the hospital for what they thought was a virus, only to live a parent's worst nightmare. Annali was transferred to Children's Hospital for an urgent blood transfusion and rapidly started declining in the first 24 hours of being admitted. 48 hours later, their life was turned upside down when their beautiful baby girl was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia.

On Monday, Annali started her first round of very aggressive chemotherapy and has many difficult months ahead of her. The treatment plan will be a long journey of 2 1/2 years. Watching their princess go through this has been heartbreaking!

Despite all the pokes, tests, and discomfort, Annali has managed to smile, laugh, and continue being her spunky, sassy little self! She is already showing everyone what a warrior she is!
