Hi Friends and Family!

I am trying to raise funds for a dear friend of mine, Anna Hooper. Everyone who knows Anna, loves Anna! She is a bright light wherever she goes and a dear friend to so many! Her smile and soul are joy, and she shares them freely! I dare you to be around Anna and try not to smile!!

To know joy, we must also know pain. In the fall of 2024, Anna was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has undergone surgery, chemotherapy, and will soon undergo reconstructive surgery and other therapies to fight her cancer. Through it all, Anna is a humble warrior! She is always gracious to her medical team, bringing cookies for the staff at every chemo infusion, surgery, or procedure. She thinks of others more than herself.

Anna's family has been a great support to her during this time. Her husband, Shawn, has been at every doctor appointment and pulled overtime with work and family life when Anna needed rest for recovery from surgery. Unfortunately, after 15+ years of working in the solar industry, Shawn has lost his job. Thus, the purpose of this GoFundMe is to help alleviate medical bill costs and other costs of living this sweet family of 6 will stand in need of while Shawn diligently searches for work.
