Support Ann Hearne Stepanian's Battle Against Cancer

My name is John Stepanian and my family and I are trying to raise funds for cancer treatment for our mother, grandmother, daughter and friend Ann Stepanian. It’s been a difficult year and we have the hardest battle yet still ahead of us.

In 2019 my mom was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, she had her thyroid removed and after recovery was told that she was cancer free. Then in 2021 she had another run-in with a cancerous polyp in her colon. She had the polyp removed successfully and again was told everything was all good but to continue colonoscopies every three years to avoid any issues. In June of 2024 she went to the doctor due to abdominal pain and bloating. She received the news that she had stage 4 colon cancer, Signet cell adenocarcinoma. She immediately had to start preparing for the fight ahead. She had an ileostomy placed due to a growth obstruction. After recovering from the procedure, she started her first regimen of chemo to attempt to shrink the tumor to a size that was removable. After seven rounds, they found it was not shrinking the tumor enough and she has now started her second regimen of chemo.

She is seeking integrative oncology treatment through Hope4Cancer. Hope 4 Cancer will provide integrative and alternative treatments that go after treating the cancer and finding the root cause.
