This condition has led to severe narrowing at the L 4-5 level, causing compression of the bilateral L5 nerve roots. Additionally, there is narrowing at the L 3-4 and L5-S1 levels, all of which contribute to her excruciating pain. Further complicating matters, an 11 x 8 cm fibroid has been found arising from her uterus, adding additional compression to her already compromised spine.
