Our cat angus recently has been diagnosed with diabetes as well as finding fluid around his lungs causing him trouble breathing suspecting heart failure or cancer. We took him to the pet hospital because he had been acting strange. He wasn’t eating and he was mostly hiding under the bed all day. There they ran his blood work and found his sugar levels very elevated, a week later at a re check visit xrays were performed and then the fluid was found. They kept him for hours on feeding Iv, oxygen as well as draining the fluid around his lungs to get him strength to send him home with unsure possibilities. He has to see a specialist in cardiology to get an echo of his heart for a confirmed diagnosis. Everyone who knows me knows I would trade my limbs if it were up to angus health. Unfortunately these treatments and medications are costing more than $1,00 that we don’t have. Please help angus by donating so that he can continue treatments to extend his life.
