My best friend, Angie Hill Gibson, is one of the kindest and most heartfelt people I have ever met. She is a devoted nurse, a loving mother to two daughters, and a proud grandmother of eight. Angie has always been there for others, offering her care and compassion to everyone she meets. Now, she is facing one of the toughest battles of her life.
Angie was diagnosed with stage 3b colon cancer and bravely underwent six rounds of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, she had to stop treatment due to renal failure. Just last month, we received the heartbreaking news that her cancer has spread to her abdomen, and she is now facing stage 4 cancer. Angie will need to undergo twelve more chemotherapy treatments, followed by an extensive surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center. This journey is not only physically and emotionally challenging, but it also brings significant financial strain.
Funds raised will help cover Angie's mounting medical bills, travel expenses for her treatments, hotel stays when she is unable to make the drive home from Nashville, and living expenses while she is unable to work. Every donation, prayer, and positive thought means the world to Angie and her family. We are asking for your support to help Angie through this difficult journey. Thank you for standing with her and showing her that she is not alone.
