Hello Everyone!

I am starting a GoFundMe to cover medical expenses, including food, lodging, and travel. I may be going out of state to seek medical care. I had to do that before when I saw my liver specialist in NC. I am going to a holistic oncology center. They are well-balanced Eastern and Western modalities for healing from Stage 3 Metastatic Colon Cancer.

The next steps are to see an oncologist in Charleston to have a PET scan done and to manage the medications I am on. My ileostomy is proving to have a mind of her own. I will probably get my meds compounded or all in liquid; some of them are going straight through and coming out of my stoma whole.

I plan to provide updates for those who want to follow or walk with me on my healing journey. If you know anyone who would like to help, please send them this GoFundMe link and ask them to share. This is not where I expected to land months ago when I first noticed issues. Life is full of surprises. If I go out of state to seek care, this money will help me rent an Airbnb or small apartment in whatever state I decide to provide my care.
