Support Angie Edwards Tickle's Cancer Battle and Injuries

Hi Everyone. I am trying to raise money for one of my best friends. Angie Edwards Tickle, who is really going through it right now. This past February Angie was hospitalized with the flu and nearly died. It was then that the doctors gave her the devastating news that she had Stage 3 lung cancer! As if that wasn't enough when she was walking her dogs at night recently in an unfamiliar setting she walked right off a 6.5 ft retaining wall. She shattered all the bones in her left foot and her kneecap on the right leg. She just had surgery and is wheelchair bound for at least 6 months. She is facing possible future surgeries and many doctors appointments. The money will go towards helping getting her place handicapped accessible, gas for doctor appointments and treatment. At the time of her hospitalization she was working at Walmart but is unable to work right now. You may also know her from Food Lion on 52 or watched her grow up at her family's former business 89 Grocery and Produce. I've known Angie since high school (we won't talk about how long ago that was) and we worked together for years. I can tell you she wouldn't be asking for help unless she really needed it.
