My name is Angel, and I am a proud single mom to three beautiful, loving kids who are my entire world. For the past eight years, I have done everything in my power to give them stability, safety, and a place they can always call home. No matter what life has thrown at us, I’ve always found a way to make it work.

On January 12, I unexpectedly lost my job. In a single moment, the security I worked so hard to build for my children felt like it slipped through my hands. Since then, I’ve been doing everything I can to stay afloat, but our finances quickly spiraled. We are now behind on rent and utilities, and we are facing eviction if I can’t come up with the funds to pay our rental company.

As a mother, there is no heavier feeling than not knowing if you can keep a roof over your children’s heads. I have reached out to multiple organizations for assistance, but because I am currently unemployed, I have not qualified for the help we desperately need.

I am actively searching for stable employment and doing everything possible to get us back on our feet. This setback does not define me, and I refuse to stop fighting for my family. But right now, I cannot do this alone.

Any support raised will go directly toward catching up on rent and keeping our lights and water on so my children can remain in their home while I work to rebuild. If you are unable to give, sharing our story would mean just as much.
