Angel’s Update – A Message of Strength and Hope

Hi Everyone ,

I wanted to share an update on Angel’s journey. Two weeks ago, she had radiation for four tumors in her brain. While the treatment has been tough, she remains hopeful. Unfortunately, she’s had complications, including brain swelling and two seizures, which led to her being at St. Jude’s for the past few days. She’s also temporarily lost mobility in her left hand, but she’s staying strong and believes it will improve with time.

Angel also wanted to apologize for not being in touch as much. Her health has been overwhelming, and she’s focusing on recovery. With Christmas approaching, she’s feeling the financial strain, as her budget is tight on disability. In the coming weeks, she can really use some help for her sons to make the holiday season brighter. Any support through GoFundMe would mean so much.

In addition to her health struggles, Angel has applied for housing in Anaheim and is praying for acceptance. Please keep her in your prayers as she waits for a response.

Despite everything, Angel is determined to keep fighting. She believes in God’s plan and healing, and she is holding on to her faith. She is so grateful for your love, support, and prayers during this difficult time.

Thank you for being there for Angel.

With love,
Jeanette Soto

Hi Everyone ,
I'm reaching out to you on behalf of our beautiful friend, Angel, who has always been a pillar of strength and love in our lives. Angel recently received devastating news after her victorious battle against stage 3 colon rectal cancer last year. Despite undergoing successful surgery to remove the tumor in 2023, the cancer has metastasized to her lungs, now classified as stage 4.

Since the beginning of this year, Angel has faced relentless challenges. She bravely began chemotherapy to combat the cancer's spread to her lungs, all while enduring severe migraines and unexplained nausea. In July 2024, Angel suffered three seizures and a minor heart attack, which led to the discovery of a hemorrhaging brain tumor. On July 11th, Angel will undergo critical brain surgery in hopes of removing this tumor.
Due to her disability, Angel now struggles to make ends meet, barely covering rent and essential bills. Yet, through it all, Angel's faith in God and her unwavering trust in Jesus Christ continue to sustain her.

Angel has touched countless lives with her kindness, generosity, and unyielding spirit. She has always been the first to offer a helping hand and a shoulder to lean on. Now, as Angel faces this daunting journey, it's our turn to rally around her. Your donations will make an immeasurable difference in Angel's life. They will ease the burden of mounting medical expenses and provide essential support for her children.

In the midst of hardship, Angel remains a beacon of hope and inspiration for her community and her children. Your generosity, regardless of the amount, will mean the world to Angel and her family during this difficult time.

All funds will be going directly to her account.Thank you for considering supporting Angel in her fight against stage 4 cancer. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or any other ideas on how we can support our friend.
Please continue to pray
With heartfelt gratitude,
We appreciate and love you all! #GodSpeed
