My name is Taleisha Fluker and I’m doing this go for me for my husband ANGELO FLUKER. He is a double amputee legally blind and he’s also has two finger on one hand and three on the finger, we also do home dialysis . We are starting this account to get a wheelchair accessible van so I can take him to and from doctor’s appointments and he can get out of the house and go and do activities with our children. prior to him going on dialysis and losing fingers and being amputated below the knee Angelo worked for Metropolitan ministries he gave back. He fed the homeless. He spent time with children with needs. He helped out childcare center’s He was a very giving person we are doing this so he can continue to have his independence.
