Hi Everyone, my name is Angelo and I am fundraising for brain surgery costs related to a brain bleed / intracranial hemorrhage event stemming from two cavernous malformations (abnormal blood vessels in the brain) located near the ventricles - higher risk of vision, motor function and memory loss. I had a seizure post-surgery which was a stressful experience, but overall the surgery was a complete success and I am thankfully now on the path to full recovery, with friends and family supporting me throughout this journey.

I wanted to thank the doctors, nurses, and additional staff at UCSF, Peninisula, GoCare Urgent Care Center, and the Chinese Hospital for providing me with the much needed care and support. I wanted to have this opportunity to reach out to the broader community for assistance given the various expenses related to ambulance rides, ICU stays, multiple CT and MRI scans, and the brain surgery itself. For additional clarity, a portion of these expenses will be out-of-network / uncovered. Given this, I wanted to put my parents minds at ease given that this has already been a tremendously stressful process for them and would be eternally grateful for any help I can get in achieving the fundraising goal.
