Support Angelique King in Easing Her Dog's Suffering

Hi, my name is Angelique King. I just had two surgeries at one time. It has been a very long recovery. I have been off work and I am looking for help to put my dog to rest. I have a 12 year old chow dog that has gone death blind, and is barely walking as of now he’s walking circles making noises he is breaking my heart to know he is suffering any help would be greatly appreciated from my heart
