Hello my name is Elaine Montano and I am raising funds for my great niece Angelica Lucero Barton and her three children. Angelica was involved in a horrific single car accident resulting in severe injuries including a shattered pelvis. Her multiple injuries required intensive care and hospitalization for two months. She was recently released and requires continued medical care and long term rehab before she can return to a normal life. While she is home now, she is confined to a wheelchair. Currently her immediate family helps with all aspects of her life including financial help.

Angelica worked at a pain clinic in Colorado Springs after she completed her medical assistant training.

The funds raised will be used to cover medical bills and living expenses. Angelica goal is to fully recover and return to a productive and normal life. Your help is greatly appreciated.
