Hello, my name is Angela Lopez Mendez. I am 50 years old and a single mother. Recently, I faced an unexpected challenge when I was unable to pass my DOT medical exam due to being diagnosed with glaucoma. This diagnosis has made it impossible for me to work and cover my expenses as I normally would.

The financial strain has been overwhelming, especially since my health insurance from California Medical does not cover all of my medical needs.
