Support Angela's Critical Recovery Journey

On November 1st, our beloved Angela was struck by a truck while crossing the street. She was rushed to University Hospital in critical condition, where doctors immediately began working to save her life.

Angela has suffered multiple severe injuries: a fractured skull, broken collarbone, three fractured ribs, and swelling of the brain. In the days that followed, she underwent several life-saving surgeries, including a hemicraniectomy (removal of part of her skull) to relieve pressure from the swelling. She was intubated and later underwent a tracheotomy, and she is now awaiting a surgery for a feeding tube.

As of now, Angela has not regained consciousness. Once she receives the feeding tube, she will be transferred to long-term care. Unfortunately, her recovery will be a long, difficult journey, and we know the bills for her ongoing medical treatment and care will be overwhelming.

Angela’s family is by her side every step of the way, but we need your help. The costs for her surgeries, hospital care, and long-term rehabilitation are mounting, and any donation, big or small, will make a huge difference.
