My name is Peggy Hoffman, and I am writing on behalf of my special friend, Angela Glorioso, a devoted mother and incredibly strong woman who has been courageously fighting a rare cancer for over four and a half years.

Angela was diagnosed with Clear Cell Carcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. What began as a tumor beneath her kidney has since metastasized to her liver, lungs, and spine. Despite the physical and emotional toll, Angela continued working while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation until just two months ago. Her strength, determination, and will to keep going have been nothing short of inspiring.

A few weeks ago, Angela began receiving hospice care. While hospice has been a tremendous support, she now requires additional care beyond what hospice can provide. Angela needs 24-hour care, meaning someone needs to be with her at all times. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover round-the-clock care, leaving these necessary services as an out-of-pocket expense.

The fundraiser has been created to help cover the cost of additional caregiving services as well as assist with outstanding medical bills that have been accumulated throughout her long and difficult battle.

Angela is a single mother of two daughters, Isabella (24) and Arianna (22), whom she raised with unwavering love and dedication. Her girls were her top priority; she worked hard to give them a good life and a happy childhood. Watching their mother suffer and become increasingly debilitated has been devastating for them, yet they continue to be by her side, doing the very best they can.

Angela was always healthy, hardworking, and full of life. She prays every day that God will heal her so she can continue to watch her daughters grow, succeed, and build their futures. Any donations—no matter the size—will help ease the financial burden during this difficult time and allow Angela to receive the care she truly needs.
