Hi, I'm Angela Beechem and I'm creating this GoFundMe for myself. We are urgently raising funds for medical care after being diagnosed with a large meningioma brain tumor located in the base of my skull on October 22.

I have been being treated for graves disease throughout the summer with only suttle improvement. I have been having physical spasms. These ticks are triggered by sound, light and stress. It effects my neck and upper body, occasionally involving my whole body. It has deeply affected my ability to do eveyday task and is very impeeding to normal daily function., as it causes me to tire very easily. It was this that caused my doctor to delve deeper and have a scan of my pituitary area to rule out tumors. However, the tech seen something else and gave me a complete scan which revealed a tumor. This tumor is located at the base of my skull between the brain lining and skull, nested against my cerebellum causing pressure against my brain. This makes it impossible to maintain a working income. So there is great strain that comes with all of this. This is a new and sure to be a long journey for me and my loved ones but it is my mission to fight this thing and bounce back better than ever moving forward.

Went to the endocrinologist today. My bloodwork was good enough that he cleared me medically for surgery but said they needed to get it done asap. So next step will be my appointment with the neurosurgeon to hopefully remove this thing. More updates to follow.
