Support Angela and Lydia in Their Time of Need

Donation protected
Update 1/3/2025 - Angela's medical team is proud of the progress that she's made thus far, but her case manager is advocating for her to be in the rehab center until she's able to do certain tasks independently. We take for granted the things we are able to do without assistance - walking, showering, getting dressed, going to the bathroom, etc. - Angela needs assistance doing all of those things. For now, she'll remain in the rehab center and continue working on building her strength and working on independence. This will be a long journey for Angela. Please donate if you are able! Thank you all for the donations that have already come in and for the continued prayers.

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

As most of you know, Angela recently suffered a stroke, and her life has been changed in ways none of us could have anticipated. Angela has always been a hardworking and devoted mother, providing for her family as the sole breadwinner. Now, she faces a challenging road to recovery.

The good news is Angela is making amazing progress—she’s started walking with assistance and can wiggle her toes on her left foot. However, she will need continued therapy and medical care for an unknown amount of time. During this period, her daughter Lydia will need extra support and care as Angela focuses on regaining her strength.

To help ease this burden, our family is coming together to support Angela and Lydia. Uncle Joe (Kay’s brother) has generously offered to retrofit Angela’s home with the equipment she will need to regain her independence when she is ready to return home. However, the financial strain of this situation is significant, and we are turning to our community for help to ensure Angela and Lydia have everything they need.

Angela’s father, Paul, will oversee and manage the funds raised through this campaign to ensure that every dollar is spent wisely on therapy, medical needs, and day-to-day essentials like food, clothing, and other necessities.

Your contribution, no matter the amount, will help us:
• Fund Angela’s continued therapy and recovery.
• Provide care and resources for Lydia.
• Cover basic living expenses and unforeseen costs during this difficult time.

Angela has always been a source of love and strength to those around her, and now she needs our help. If you are unable to donate, we would be so grateful if you could share this campaign with others and keep Angela and Lydia in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.

With gratitude,
The Alexander Family
