Support Angela and Devin’s Family in Crisis

My wife, Angela, and I live in South Carolina. We’ve been here for almost 2 years. We both worked remotely when we got here. A few months ago, my wife’s contract ended with her employer, and due to a snafu with living in a different state from the office of the employer, neither state was willing to offer unemployment insurance.

She has been working tirelessly, trying to find a new job, but hiring has been at a standstill. We’ve both attempted to try side jobs to supplement our income, but without any success. We are a two income household struggling on one income. We have approached family and friends for loans, assuming that a new job would be just over the horizon.

By the grace of God, we have been able to get by until now. At this time we have been unable to pay our May rent and with June coming up we won’t have that either, in addition to other bills running delinquent. We have started this GoFundMe to reach out for assistance.

We understand that this is a trying time for everybody financially, and only ask that you give what you can in the hopes that it will help us from being evicted from our apartment and keeping the lights on.
