Support Angel in her fight against cancer

On Wednesday, June 18 2025 Angel Kelly was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkins Lymphoma after weeks of tests and prayers. Angel has already lost both of her beloved grandparents to cancer at various points in her life and at only 23-years-old, this news has shaken our friends and family.

Our family has struggled immensely in all types of ways and somehow, we have always managed to make it through. This time, we understand that the obstacles we are facing could be made more manageable with some help -- and so here we are, asking for it.

We have two main objectives with the support we receive through this fundraiser. First, making sure Angel has safe, reliable transportation to her chemotherapy appointments and follow-ups. Her current car is neither safe nor reliable and has added an extreme amount of stress to her life. We would like the end that stress during this time so a portion of the funds raised will go towards getting a new, inexpensive car for her to drive.

Thankfully her treatment schedule will allow her to continue to work, but this journey won't be easy on her body or her mind. There will be times when she has to take unpaid days off work so she can sit through chemotherapy and make sure her body is healthy and stable before going back into the office. Any further funds raised will be used to supplement so that she can be sure she has what she needs to pay for rent, utilities, and food during this time.

One of Angel's biggest fears is that she is "asking for too much". As her sister, I want to show her that there are people who are happily willing to help her through what will be one of the toughest periods of her life. I want her to come out of treatments happy, healthy, and with her heart full from all the love and care she has been shown.
