Hi everyone! My name is Anessa Davies and I am 21 years old. My college journey as a BFA dance major is coming to a close in May, I have decided to film a passion project. I will be choreographing, performing, and directing a tap short film. I have been dancing since I was 3, with tap being the first dance class I took. After taking this class, I felt that I found a passion in dance, as it was the one thing that has been by my side my entire life. I feel the most comfortable when I am dancing, and the most like myself. While this is an independent project, I am funding this entire project by myself. Finding dance space to rent in the greater Los Angeles region is very hard to find, and expensive. I will be asking for donations for studio rent, costuming, and film costs.
