Support Andy Roark's Medical Recovery

Our favorite field trip leader and fellow geo, Andy Roark, was seriously injured from a long fall while measuring mountainous outcrops in anticipation of his next fieldtrip to share with the geologic community. Andy is currently in stable condition, however, he had to be flown to a hospital and is currently still undergoing treatments, surgeries, and recovering from his significant injuries. He is a great friend to all who know him and leads everything he does with integrity and compassion. Those of us lucky enough to have explored the field, been to his talks, or seen core viewings with Andy have all experienced his passion for geology and benefited from his enthusiastic ability to share and teach.
