Hello, this is the Jacobson sisters, Ivy and Emmy. On October 15, 2025, our dad, Andy Jacobson, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma, an aggressive and fast-acting form of brain cancer. Hearing the words from the surgeon felt like the ground disappeared beneath us. It’s something you can never truly prepare for — hearing that the person that brings you so much laughter and light is facing something so devastating.
Our dad is one of those rare people who can make anyone smile. He is quick witted, a constant laugh and good time, and has a love for music that fills every room he’s in. Whether he’s cracking a joke, playing the drums on his kit or his car steering wheel, or finding a way to make his girls laugh even in the toughest times, he has always been the glue that has held our family together.
Not only is he an amazing father, but he was the only supplier our family’s income. He has kept our family fed, clothed, and endlessly happy. With your help, we can support his treatment, recovery, and the hope for more time together. Between medical bills and an abrupt halt on our family’s income, we are struggling to stay afloat.
Every donation, every prayer, and every share of his fundraiser helps us make sure he receives the best care possible. If you are able to help, whether it’s through a contribution or simply sharing this page, our family is endlessly grateful.
Thank you for standing with our dad and our family as he fights this battle. Dad, we love you.
