Support Andy Hess's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On April 11th, Andy Hess was involved in a devastating scooter accident that changed his life forever. He was rushed to the ICU with severe spinal cord injuries and, heartbreakingly, has lost all feeling from the chest down, including the use of his hands. Andy is currently hospitalized in Seattle, where he will remain for some time as he undergoes intensive treatment and rehabilitation. What lies ahead is an incredibly difficult and uncertain road, one filled with ongoing medical care, emotional healing, and major life adjustments not just for Andy, but for his entire family.
Andy is a loving father to two young boys, Aiden and Theo, and a devoted partner to his beautiful girlfriend, Jessica. This accident has shaken the foundation of their lives and left them facing unimaginable challenges. As they come to terms with the gravity of this life-altering event, they are also preparing to navigate a future that looks very different from the one they had planned.
Anyone who knows Andy knows that he’s the kind of person who shows up, for his family, his friends, and anyone in need. He’s always been quick to help, to take the load off someone else’s shoulders without expecting anything in return. Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.
We’ve created this fundraiser to help ease the financial strain that comes with such a life-changing event. Your support will help cover medical expenses, travel and lodging for family members staying near the hospital in Seattle, ADA accessibility upgrades to their home, and day-to-day living costs while Andy and his family begin to adjust to their new reality.
Please consider supporting Andy and his family during this incredibly difficult time. Whether you’re able to donate or simply share this message, every bit of support matters. Your kindness, prayers, and generosity will help carry them through the many challenges that lie ahead.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing beside Andy and his loved ones. Your compassion means more than words can express.
