In March 2025, Andy was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer after severe abdominal pain and a few stays in the hospital. This is devastating news for any young person to find out, and it was especially challenging for the sweet Hall family, who has already experienced adversity watching their oldest daughter Marley be diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder, Cystinosis, back in 2021.

The last five years have been challenging for Erica and Andy, from two difficult pregnancies being on bedrest, watching Marley go in and out of the hospital, managing her care, and now Andy being diagnosed with cancer.

Even in all the hardship, God has been so faithful in providing for this amazing family. He’s given them strength when they feel like there’s nothing left, a loving community, and the financial means to provide for Marley’s care up until this point.

That being said, there is now financial need between multiple lengthy hospital stays, surgeries, and cancer treatment. We are asking anyone who is able, to consider donating to relieve them of the financial burden of medical care.

Andy had a colon resection surgery at the end of March and finished his first round of chemotherapy last week. He has also started integrative treatments to protect his healthy cells and to assist the chemo to target the unhealthy cells. These treatments include supplements, multiple different therapies, and a ketogenic diet. We’ve already seen significant improvement, weight gain, and no additional growth or spread since the tumor was removed, praise God!

Andy has taken his health so seriously and is making healing and recovery his full-time job. He has the most positive spirit, and we are prayerfully expectant that he will come out on the other side of this as happy and healthy as ever!
