Support Andy and Teresa's Flood Recovery

My parents, Andy and Teresa Poginy, have lived on 2461 Red Village Rd since 1989. They have raised their family there, hosted numerous gatherings in their backyard, and grew two businesses that operate at this location: Counters by Design and Teresa's Touch of Style. Andy and Teresa are very kind people, who would help anyone if they asked, and even if they don't ask, are always lending a helping hand.

On July 11th, Lyndonville was hit with epic flooding. This flooding had water coming up into their backyard. Andy worked hard to restore the running water. He was awaiting testing if it was drinkable after bleaching the pipes on July 28th...

On July 30th, a couple of weeks after the initial flooding, a flash flood destroyed their property. This time the flood waters raged towards Andy's shop, removing ALL the equipment and materials inside, making it a complete loss. It flooded their basement, destroyed the well water system, and the whole backyard is now a pile of debris.

With no electricity, no running water, and no materials and/or shop to produce, they have no income coming in. They have a large rebuild ahead of them with a water system, rebuilding the shop, and landscaping back to usable land.
