Andrew is more than just my best friend—he’s family. We met in 2018 at the NYS Court Officer Academy, and from that moment, our lives have been intertwined. He’s the godfather of my child, and my kids lovingly call him Uncle Andrew. He’s always been there for us, treating my children as his own, making everyone laugh, and welcoming new people with open arms. Our families have grown incredibly close over the years, sharing countless memories and supporting each other through thick and thin.

Andrew is also a devoted father to his young daughter, whom he loves dearly. She is incredibly sweet and patient, and her presence brings him so much joy, even during these difficult times.

Recently, Andrew suffered a severe stroke at just 39 years old. The stroke has left him unable to speak and unable to use the right side of his body. It’s been a devastating turn for someone who has always been so full of life, generosity, and humor. Despite these challenges, Andrew’s spirit remains strong, but the road to recovery will be long and difficult. He now faces mounting medical bills and the need for specialized equipment and rehabilitation to help him regain his independence.
