Andrew’s Story
On Sunday, October 12th, Andrew was in a devastating softball accident. While sliding into home plate feet first, a player from the other team accidentally kneed him in the face. The impact shattered the entire right side of his face and his nose — the bones are so severely damaged that they’re essentially floating.
Right now, his right eye is swollen completely shut, leaving him unable to see out of it. Once the massive swelling goes down, he’ll need to meet with a plastic surgeon to determine whether reconstructive surgery will be necessary.
Andrew was admitted to the hospital overnight for observation and is now back home recovering. Unfortunately, the medical bills are already adding up. On top of that, he’ll be out of work for 1–2 weeks without pay while he heals.
We’re asking for a little help during this difficult time. Any contribution — whether it’s a donation, a prayer, or simply sharing his story — means so much to us. Thank you for supporting Andrew as he recovers from this painful and frightening accident. ❤️
