Hello! My name is Andrew Lewis and I am trying to raise money because I will be participating drum corps this summer, marching with The Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps once again.

I have been lucky enough to participate in this amazing activity where thousands of people work tirelessly for months on end to compete with the absolute best marching musicians in the country. Marching with the Crossmen for a second summer is immensely important in the development of my musicianship, and my character, teaching me things like hard work, dedication, time management, and how to overcome countless obstacles and failures. I plan to take these skills with me to college, where I will get a degree in music education, and ultimately become a music teacher and inspire youth to be hard-working and steadfast in whatever they choose to pursue. Moreso, I want to show young people that they truly can accomplish anything that they put their mind to!

Drum corps is a notoriously expensive activity in which to participate. Being a young college-age student with a near-minimum wage job makes meeting these financial obligations alone impossible. I thank all of my supporters who have been so generous, for helping allow me to chase this life changing opportunity. Please help me to reach my goal and pursue my degree in music education, supporting my overall development as a musician and a person. Any amount helps!
