Recently, the Doherty world shifted when Andrew was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). It’s not a road they ever expected to be on, but they're learning to take it one step, one day, and one positive thought at a time. Andrew will soon begin an intensive four-week chemotherapy treatment at The James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University—one of the very best places to take care of him. The family is incredibly grateful for his care team, already walking alongside them with skill, compassion, and confidence.

He is fighting this with every ounce of strength he has for his wife Stephanie and for their two beautiful daughters, Kayleigh and Kelsey, who are his absolute world.
