Support Andrew & Becca During Medical & Financial Hardship

Some of our closest friends are facing an extremely difficult situation, and as much as friends and family are helping out, we felt as though it’s time to reach out on behalf of them.

Andrew has been laid off since the week before Thanksgiving due to the weather, with no exact answer on when he will be able to return. During this time off, he was able to receive care for a medical concern he had been putting off. After getting many scans and speaking with many different doctors, they determined that the root of his problems are being caused by a cancerous tumor on his kidney.

With his wife, Rebecca, being 9 months pregnant and going on maternity leave anytime, they are starting to worry about how this will affect them and their family in the coming months.

Andrew & Rebecca are the most selfless people, who would drop anything to help someone in need. Andrew is a loving father, husband, son, and friend, and while as of now we are confident that his diagnosis is manageable, we don’t want to see our friends risk falling farther behind in bills and getting into a hole that they can’t get out of.

Andrew currently has several more scheduled appointments and a surgery to remove the tumor, or possibly the entire kidney, at UofM in Ann Arbor, all of which will require them to stay down there. Our goal is to raise money to help them will both their day to day bills and the medical expenses that come along with Andrew’s diagnosis.
