Hi, my name is Andres. I have 2 kids, ages 12 and 2. I was recently diagnosed with C3G, which is a rare, severe kidney disease caused by overactive immune system proteins. I am currently undergoing a clinical trial in hopes of slowing down the progress of the kidney disease, which is now at 30% function.

I am currently not working due to having a stroke caused by complications of my diagnosis. I am hoping to raise enough money to travel out of the country and receive stem cell treatment in hopes of kick-starting my kidneys into regenerating themselves and not having to go through the kidney transplant process in the future.
