Hello, my name is Andre Sparks. Since 2020, I have been diagnosed with Covid-19 multiple times, Congestive Heart Failure, Type 2 Diabetes, Diabetic Retinopathy in my right eye, Kidney Failure, and now Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Cancer. I have not been able to work due to all of this, and dialysis three times a week, and medical bills and living expenses are mounting.
