On Saturday night, August 8, our friend and colleague Andres Garcia experienced a loss that no husband or father should ever have to endure.

In the tragic boating accident in New York Harbor near Liberty Island, Andres lost his beloved partner Sara Sanchez, 27 years old, and their precious 5-month-old daughter, Antonella Garcia.

Andres was also on the boat that night.

While trying to process the unimaginable loss of Sara and baby Antonella, Andres must now find the strength to move forward and be there for their 6-year-old son, Salvador, who has also suffered a heartbreaking loss.
