for those of you who do not know me, I am Andrea. On 4/2/25 I had a total right armpit excision for a chronic condition called Hidradenitis Suppartivia. The wound was left open to heal by Mother Nature, unfortunately Mother Nature had different plans. I ended up getting a staph infection, MRSA, and was admitted to the hospital for IV antibiotics. I have had 1 additional ER trips since then for increased pain and drainage and am currently on 3 oral antibiotics. I met with a plastic surgeon Friday who scheduled a surgery where they will take a skin graft from my thigh to cover the gaping wound. I have already missed over a week of work with no pay, and will likely be forced to miss more after the second surgery. I am reaching out to see if anyone can help financially with all the medical bills and compensation for no income. I have a hard time asking but I am at my last resort. Thank you to everyone who has already helped take care of me. I greatly appreciate it.
