I am a choreographer and musician.

Sound and movement give us a type of freedom-- permission to feel alive. It creates a way to bring people back into their heart.

My pursuit is in creating experiences that allow people to connect with a part of themselves that they perhaps rarely tap into.

Currently I am raising funds to produce an album which serves as a soundtrack for a choreographed film entitled Pneuma.

Pneuma is an album dedicated to the act of opening oneself to the world, despite feeling closed. It's the challenge we all face; to choose love, and to open ourselves to life and those around us, despite the urge to shut down and retreat.

“Pneuma” (prononced NOO-ma) is the ancient Greek word for "breath". In a religious context, it means “spirit", or “soul”.

The production of this album and dance work involves musicians and dancers in New York City and the Hudson Valley. Funds will be used to pay these artists for their contribution to the work.
