Support Andrea through her Unexpected Loss
Meet Andrea Tice, owner of The Mane Monogram and a long-time member of the equestrian community.
On March 15, 2021, Andrea's significant other Randall "Brooks" Coates passed away at the age of 40 . Brooks and Andrea had been sweethearts during their high school years and rekindled their relationship again later in life.
The sudden loss in March came as a shock, causing Andrea to temporarily suspend all business operations to cope with Brooks' sudden passing. The pair had previously been running The Mane Monogram as a team.
Andrea soon had no choice but to resume her daily business activities - this time by herself.
"Brooks would work a full day and then come home and help me with The Mane Monogram," she shared. "The business could not have made it without him."
The duo had also invested in a custom trailer to use as a mobile unit for horse shows, finally graduating from a tent to the cargo trailer.
"I am so sad that he will not get to see it or use it."
To show our love and support for Andrea, we are requesting donations to allow our friend and fellow equine entrepreneur the time she needs to grieve and mourn the loss of her partner. The funds will be used to support any ongoing business expenses she occurs during this difficult time, including hiring additional staff to alleviate some of her responsibilities, as she continues to fulfill orders for The Mane Monogram.
We, the equine community, wish to support Andrea in her time of grief in any way possible. If you cannot support with a financial donation, we ask that you offer your support by following The Mane Monogram on social media at the links below:
