Hi, I'm Andre, 54 years old, and diagnosed with stage four cancer in my abdominal lining.

I have already gone through twelve rounds of chemo since August for stage 3 colon cancer, which resulted in losing a third of my colon along with a 2.5 diameter mass. The cancer also infected my gall bladder and duodenum.

The cancer became chemo-resistant halfway through the treatment.

When tested after chemo was completed, they found the cancer still active on my organs and that the cancer had spread to my abdominal wall, thus stage 4 cancer.

I now have daily pain from the abdominal cancer. I also have neuropathy in my hands and feet.

I have lost my body equilibrium, which is part of my nervous system.

This has caused me to fall twice, face first into my kitchen tile floor, and a vehicle accident that cost me $1,000 in damage to my car. Fortunately, nobody else was involved.

So, the reason for my GoFundMe request.

My state disability is due to expire.

I have been approved for federal disability at HALF the amount.

I am going to be $3,000 short for at least 4 to 5 months after state stops...mid-April most likely.

I am normally unwilling to accept help, but I have been humbled by this experience and continue to learn that even a strong man needs help sometimes.

I am going to need $12,000 to $15,000 to cover the disability loss.

I will be cutting as many expenses as possible as well.

So, anything will help.
