I’m organizing this on behalf of Sindy and André Campozano-Barreiro and their three young children, one (Luian), who I have the privilege of coaching on our competitive U12 team.

Recently, their family faced a terrifying ordeal when Andre and Sindy were involved in a serious car accident. They were struck by a driver running a red light and their vehicle rolled over multiple times, leaving it completely totaled and sending them to the hospital with injuries and mounting medical bills. Thankfully, all three children were not in the car and are safe, but the accident destroyed everything inside the vehicle, including two car seats and many personal items.

Since the accident, life has become incredibly difficult for their family.

Without their only vehicle, they are unable to get to work, get groceries, medical appointments, or even transport their kids to school and daycare without relying on others for rides. Every aspect of daily life, from getting to work to making it to soccer practices, now requires extra help and coordination.

All this topped with their injuries and uncertainty of their medical debt is weighing heavily on them however they are keeping up their spirits and thank God they get to come home to their kids.

We are reaching out to our community for support to help Andre and Sindy replace their vehicle, cover hospital and medical care costs, and manage living expenses while they recover. 

As well as give them the ability to provide their children with Christmas gifts. Any thoughts, prayers, and consideration are deeply appreciated, and we would be so thankful for anyone who can support my friends and valued members of our soccer family in their time of need.
