SUPPORT ANDRADE FAMILY

Carina Callie Andrade was born December 4th, 2019. She weighed 5lbs, 14 ounces and is 18 inches long. While pregnant Carina's Parents Christina and Carlos prepared for her to arrive with potentially missing kidney and club foot. When Carina was delivered it was immediately apparent that she has several severe medical conditions. Carina was born with an imperforate anus, severe cleft foot, a lump on her spine, low cloaca, one kidney and they are still evaluating the state of her overall health and organ conditions. Carina was transported immediately following her birth to Kaiser in Hollywood, her mother was left to recover from her Csection at the Woodland Hills Kaiser. They were reunited however Christina is being discharged from post partum care.
Carina's long term prognosis is still being  established as this sweet girl has many serious health problems in front of her. 

Carina has a young older brother who just turned two. Carina's parents Carlos and Christina have a very small village of family supporting them and are now facing a long road of medical expenses ahead of them. They are a one income family, Christina stays home with their young son and now will need to remain home long term to care for Carina. The doctors are unsure of when Carina will be able to come home so the Andrades are dealing with over an hour commute to see their daughter, while still providing normalcy for their young son. Most of all pray for our sweet Carina, the guidance of her medical team, and that she is able to have all the treatments necessary for her to thrive. at less than one week old she has had one of many future surgeries, and more tests and procedures then most experience in a lifetime. . Donations will help the Andrades cover the plethora of medical costs, being able to stay near their daughter while she is in the hospital, gas for the commute, and help cover the cost of in home care Carina will need in the event she is able to come home.
