Please join us in supporting Jeremiah Keavney as he navigates the incredible loss of sweet Joselin Matkins.
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the news of the sudden passing of beloved Joselin Matkins, the Executive Director of the Teton Valley Land Trust on January 8, 2021. Joselin will be remembered for her dedication, passion, and exceptional work in conservation, primarily in the Upper Snake River region in Eastern Idaho.
She was a loving daughter, partner, mentor, and friend to many. The legacy she leaves behind is a lifetime accomplishment and an amazing gift that all of us and future generations will benefit from.
Our hearts go out to her family, friends, and colleagues as we all try to make sense of this unimaginable loss.
These funds will go directly to Jeremiah, to allow him time to process his great loss. He is so thankful for all of the love and support he has received so far. He is committed, as is the Land Trust to continuing to advance the work Joselin was so passionate about and to honor her memory.
