Marching Drum Corps - Drum Major :)

This summer I have the exciting opportunity to perform with the River City Rhythm Drum & Bugle Corps! If you didn’t know, River City Rhythm (RCR) is a nonprofit performing arts organization that provides year round educational opportunities for members like me. This is my first and last year with RCR, and I am so excited to get the season underway!

This activity is a great way for me to grow and improve my abilities as a musician and performer and I will be learning from amazing staff and touring around the midwest with other talented performers from mid-June until mid-August. While RCR is one of the more affordable organizations out there, my participation still comes at a cost. This season I am responsible for $3,000 in membership fees, as well as purchasing supplies I will need while on tour. I am asking for you to please support me as I work to raise the funds for these dues. I have covered about half through other fundraising and a scholarship.

Being a part of RCR has been an irreplaceable experience. I have marched with the winter RCR Winds group, and I still have two seasons left of that. This is my last chance to march with RCRDBC.
